Room service was very good specially mrs marwa was so kind, polite and professional at her workThanks a lot

Its not as flexible as other hotels as i wanted to invite a friend for just a visit they said its not allowable for the rooms only the reception and the restaurant

Everything's was beautiful. Especially the Room service called "Sabreen",she was a magnificent,so friendly and helpful.I wish her management would rate her perfectly with extra bonus for her good job

"Excellent location, staff, heated swimming pool and breakfast"

The House keeper (Ms Samah) did fantastic job in cleaning the room regularly and maintaining it. However, it was SHOCKING to learn that the HOTEL's aircondition in rooms are working ONLY in summer (cooling cycle), while in winter months, there is NO heating in rooms at all??!! When asked for electric heater, I was presented with a very old one that was useless and very ineffective!? I had to buy an electric heater on my own expenses for the long-duration of my booking (two weeks). The Pool was excellent, well maintained daily. The Breakfast was excellent and very good value for money, the dinning room managers (Mr Hamada, and Mr Asem) did fantastic job in managing the quality of the food, service and cleanliness.. Well Done.

We felt in love with the view of the hotel. Swimming pool is avarage size, deep around 165cm. Good for kids and also adults. The water needs to be cleaned. Room was beautiful and big. Just the balcoon needs to be cleaned, due to the birds around.And our big thanks belongs to Mai from reception, she was very proffessional, polite and helpful. She is one of the best receptionist we ever met.

"Nice and Acceptable Courtyard layout."

The hotel is a little outdated but still acceptable 4 star hotel. It's located in a busy area but once you enter the property you're in a different quiet place.Staff members are very helpful and cheering. Room was not the most comfortable or luxurious but comfortable and big.

Breakfast needs improvement. The front desk employees were very helpful and kind. Special thanks or housekeeping specially Ms. Reda.

Beautiful courtyard and pool. Large, clean room. Excellent, friendly staff.
